Our Client is a highly reputable estate agency that has been well known within the area they operate. They have offices in key locations providing a full range of sales and letting services as well as property management services. The company has a strong belief in professionalism and are members of the ANAEA, ARLA and the Guild of professional Estate Agents. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be seeing deals through from first contact to handing over the keys.
As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, you will be expected to deliver a high level of customer service.
On a day to day basis you will be selling a wide range of properties, chasing leads, conducting viewings and liaising between the buyer and vendor. You will be managing the process from start to finish from handling enquirers to handing over the keys.
The individual should possess a strong work ethic with excellent written and spoken communication skills. The successful candidate should have the ability to build a rapport with a wide range of people and be able to maintain a professional attitude at all times.
For this role you will need to be able to demonstrate a good level of customer service as well as a high level of professionalism. You will be conducting viewings, so you will need a full UK or EU driving license.
