- Sourcing candidates through advertising, search and networking
- Screening and interviewing candidates to match them to suitable vacancies
- Network and advertise to potential candidates

- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment is essential as you will be resourcing for high volume staffing requirements.
- Excellent telephone manner as you will be building up rapport with candidates on the phone, face to face and via email.
