Curtis & Mayfair have been appointed by our highly reputable client to search for an office coordinator to join one of the most dominant estate agencies in the prestigious area of London. Our client is a full service agency with an established team of property professionals with over 10 years’ experience in the industry.
The Role
Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for all office/administrative duties in the office.
Duties
As a Lettings Administrator you will be required to handle enquiries and pass them onto the relevant individuals, arrange/coordinate meetings, provide admin support to the various departments and support the whole office. Your role may also include online marketing, putting together property detail sheets/descriptions and occasional property research. You will also be responsible for any other ad hoc admin duties deemed necessary by the manager.
Essential Criteria
Property admin experience
Experience in administration
Desirable Criteria
A graduate in any discipline
Additional languages
